Gary German,
Chairman, Founder

Gary is 38 years old and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1984 with a business degree. Since then, he has been engaged in the entertainment, computer hardware, software, and Internet industries.

In 1994, Mr. German fueled The Network Connection to an IPO, based on building the first Video Server running MPEG video over a standard LAN - now a standard system running on the seat backs of planes, trains, and cruise-ships.

In 1997 he co-founded sTupidPC, a manufacturer of personal computers - now a publicly traded company. In 1997, he also joined iXL as a PR Consultant helping Bert Ellis and the company achieve national visibility. In 1998 he joined WebMD as a PR Consultant with Jeff Arnold.



Craig German,
President / COO

Craig brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Cost Control, Program Management, Creative Business Solutions, and Industrial Engineering functions to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Agespan.com.

He has managed the cost and management volumes for multi-billion dollar contracts for General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Loral, and Raytheon E-Systems, including the largest services contracts in the world for the Special Operations Forces Support Activity branch of the U. S. Defense Department.

Most recently, Mr. German has been the Proposals Manager for one of the largest worldwide telecommunication engineering, furnishing, and installation Services Companies. His work has resulted in a doubling of revenue and an increase of 15% in profit margins in just eight months.



Tom Walker,
Senior Vice President,
Product Development

Tom brings a twenty-year background in advertising to the development of the Agespan user experience. He carries degrees in both journalism and photography.

Mr. Walker has grown from Macy's advertising photographer to owner of a full-service digital advertising studio, including concept, copy, layout, design, illustration, programming, 3D modeling / animation, industrial video production, multimedia production, web production and digital imaging.

His studio has worked with accounts including Turner, Georgia Power, Think New Ideas, the '96 Atlanta Olympic Games, Hitachi, Marathon Oil, Coke, iXL and Alltel.


Masheal Stamey,
SE Regional Business Development

Masheal brings over 12 years of experience in strategic business development, marketing and sales. Ms. Stamey was a Major Account Executive for BellSouth Wireless and their agent for 9 years. She was responsible for managing several top Fortune 500 companies that have included Coca Cola, Scientific Atlanta, First Union and Cox Communications. She worked diligently with client management teams to develop their wireless solutions. She gained recognition as one of BellSouth's top 5 performers in the U.S. every year of her tenure.

Ms. Stamey furthered her career as a Major Account Executive with MCI/Worldcom. She was responsible for generating new national accounts while implementing cost effective and innovative plans for these customer's ATM networks, VPN via Internet, and high speed Internet access requirements. Ms. Stamey brings to AgeSpan a highly innovative and passionate commitment to our end-users.

Rebecca Bass

Rebecca Wendy Bass, CEO of Galileo Development Systems, Inc. Ms. Bass is an executive with over 23 years experience in general management, strategy, business development, marketing and sales. She began her career as a practicing attorney with the Wall Street law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie & Alexander.

Ms. Bass later held the positions of investment broker with Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York City and national marketing manager for high technology financing with E.F. Hutton Credit Corporation. Ms. Bass subsequently spent nearly ten years in various executive positions across the General Electric Company including Vice President, Sales and Operations for a start-up venture in GE Capital and later held leadership roles with General Electric Aircraft.

Ms. Bass continued her career as Vice President and General Manager, Legal Information Services at LEXIS-NEXIS. After the sale of LEXIS-NEXIS, Ms. Bass joined Motorola, Inc. to start up the company's first division dedicated to serving Latin America and the Caribbean as Vice President and General Manager.

Ms. Bass was subsequently recruited to become a Partner in the international retained executive search firm, Johnson, Smith and Knisely and co-founded their technology practice.

Ms. Bass has now joined Galileo Development Systems as Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Bass graduated from Bryn Mawr College (cum laude with departmental honors), Rutgers University School of Law, and Harvard Business School's International Senior Management Program. Ms. Bass is a member of the Board of Advisors of eLaw, Inc., an Internet company headquartered in Austin, Texas. She serves on the board of the Board of Directors Network and is an active member of the Technology Association of Georgia and the Harvard Business School Club.

Dr. David Gowdy, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. David Gowdy is a staff member at Crawford Long Hospital and provides hospitalist services to several private physicians. He currently works as a primary care internist in a variety of clinical settings, including both occupational and correctional medicine. Dr. Gowdy graduated from Amherst College with the major of Neuroscience in 1974 and from Yale University in1980 with degrees in Medicine, Public Health , and Health Services Administration. He completed post-graduate medical training in General Internal Medicine in 1983 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey Medical School. He has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 1987.

Dr. Gowdy has broad experience with technology applications in medicine. In 1991, he left solo, private practice in Chesapeake, Virginia to accept a position with the faculty of Morehouse Medical School in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Gowdy is a member of the American College of Physicians, the Association of Black Cardiologists, and the American Telemedicine Association. He is active in several international service organizations to Africa and the Caribbean.

Linda George, Ph.D., Professor of Sociology

Dr. George is Professor of Sociology and Associate Director of the Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development at Duke University. She is author/editor of seven books, more than 100 journal articles, and more than 80 book chapters. She is Past President of the Gerontological Society of America and former editor of the Social Sciences section of the Journal of Gerontology. She is co-editor of the Handbook on Aging in the Social Sciences (third — fifth editions).

Her major research interests include: social factors and depression; the effects of stress and coping, especially the stress of caring for an impaired family member; the relationship between religion and health; and the effects of beliefs and expectations on health. Among her awards are the Mentorship Award of the Behavioral and Social Science Section of the Gerontological Society of America, the Trinity College (Duke University) Distinguished Teaching Award, and the John Templeton Prize (1998 and 1999) for Exemplary Papers at the interface of Science and Human Values.

Lewis Massey, former Georgia Secretary of State

Mr. Massey is President and CEO of Directo, Inc., a financial services management and marketing firm that specializes in matching banks and employers for payroll service operations. The company's Chairman is Steve Johnson, who is also Chairman of NetBank Inc., one of the largest Internet banks in the country. Massey and Johnson have also recently founded Maxrate.com, an Internet company which will allow investors to receive the maximum rate possible on Certificates of Deposit. In addition, Mr. Massey serves on the Board of Advisors of ezgov.com, Globalspeak.com, onefamily.com and Queit.com.

Mr. Massey began his position at Directo, Inc. after serving for three years as Georgia's Secretary of State. In this position, Massey established a strong record of standing up for Georgia consumers and making government more efficient and responsive. He did not run for reelection in 1998, opting instead to run for Governor. After finishing second in the Democratic primary in a crowded field, Massey endorsed eventual winner Roy Barnes.

Mr. Massey earned a finance degree at the University of Georgia. Before his service as Secretary of State, Massey was vice president of Bank South Securities. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff for Lt. Governor Pierre Howard. Mr. Massey serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Special Olympics and the Georgia Council on Child Abuse. He also serves on the Georgia 2000 Census Committee. He has been named the Outstanding Young Alumnus of the University of Georgia Business School, and as one of the 100 most influential Georgians by Georgia Trend Magazine.

Michael G. Misikoff, former CFO of Mindspring

Mr. Miskioff has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and a Director of MindSpring from January 1995 until February 1999. From January 1992 to December 1994, Mr. Misikoff was the acting Chief Financial Officer and a Director of InterCall Corporation, a subsidiary of ITC Holding that provides conference call services.

From March 1991 to January 1992, Mr. Misikoff worked as an independent financial consultant. Mr. Misikoff served as Chief Financial Officer of Async Corporation ("Async"), a provider of voice messaging services, from its startup in February 1985 until March 1991. From March 1979 to February 1985. Mr. Misikoff served as the controller and Vice President of Finance for TransDesigns, Inc., a multi-level marketing company. Mr. Misikoff was a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Arthur Young & Co. from July 1975 until March 1979. He received a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Toria Tolley, CNN Anchor

Ms. Tolley is a veteran anchor, reporter, and representative for CNN Headline News in Atlanta, GA. Since 1990, she has served as a primary television anchor and ensured editorial accuracy, team cooperation and superlative presentation. She has gathered, wrote and broadcast live reports for presidential campaigns and elections, hurricanes, the Persian Gulf War, the Academy Awards, the L.A. riots, and high-visibility trials.

Ms. Tolley is also Vice President of The Psychological Advantage, which brings senior executives the methods of applied behavioral science, including mentoring and consultation. With the goal of generating unprecedented levels of excellence and growth, The Psychological Advantage processes are designed to increase productivity, profitability, and the utilization of intellectual capital.
